I would recommend hermitage golf course to anyone looking for a great golf experience. Since 1986, hermitage golf course has established itself as the best in tennessee public golf. Recently played in corporate outing at the hermitage golf course, general's retreat course (there are two 18 hole courses on site). The presidents reserve course was excellent. I’ve heard mixed reviews and would love to hear some personal experiences from anyone who has played on both the president’s reserve and general’s retreat. Must be beautiful in summer time.

I’ve heard mixed reviews and would love to hear some personal experiences from anyone who has played on both the president’s reserve and general’s retreat. They have a really nice driving range and putting green to work on your game before you go out to play. New, very spacious, and clean. We perform checks on reviews. Not an extremely difficult course if distance is not a problem (7,100+ yds from black tees) and you keep the ball in the wide gorgeous fairways. Greens are large and in pretty good shape.golfers need to do a better job in fixing their marks.

The golf course was in amazing condition with (despite the recent heat) soft greens and fairways, well manicured from tee box to green and a beautiful facility.
